Mushroom Spinach Dip
Yield: 3 cups
Ingredients
| 1 | pkg. | (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry | |

| 1 | pkg. | (12 oz.) sour cream | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | mayonnaise | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | pkg. | vegetable soup mix | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | chopped fresh mushrooms | |
|
|
|||
| 3 | green onions, finely chopped | ||
|
|
|||
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, mushrooms and onions; mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
