Ingredients
| 3 | tablespoons | Chinese five-spice powder | |

| 3 | tablespoons | hot paprika | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | teaspoon | ground ginger | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | teaspoon | freshly ground black pepper | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | ground allspice | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and store in a sealed glass jar in a cool, dark place. Use within three months.
