Vinaigrette Coleslaw

Ingredients
| 3 | tablespoons | vinegar | |

| 3 | tablespoons | salad oil | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | tablespoons | sugar | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | dry mustard | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | caraway seeds | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|
|||
| 3 | cups | green cabbage, finely shredded | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | carrot, finely shredded | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | cup | green onions, cut into thin lengthwise slices | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper in a screw-top jar. Cover and shake well.
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot, and green onion. Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage mixture; toss gently to coat.
Cover and chill before serving, if desired.
