Creamy Cauliflower Salad
Yield: 10 servings
Ingredients
| 6 | cups | cauliflower florets | |

| 1 | celery stalk, thinly sliced | ||

| 1/3 | cup | green pepper, chopped | |
|
|
|||
| 1/3 | cup | red bell pepper, chopped | |
|
|
|||
| 8 | ounces | sour cream | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | ranch salad dressing | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | teaspoons | Dijon mustard | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | bacon strips, cooked and crumbled | ||
|
|
|||

|||
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, celery and peppers. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, salad dressing, mustard, salt and pepper; stir into vegetable mixture.
Add bacon; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with paprika.
