Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
| 6 | cups | (48 ounces) chicken broth | |

| 1/2 | cup | carrots, sliced diagonally | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | onion, diced | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | celery, chopped | |
|
|
|||
| 1/8 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|
|||
| 1/8 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | uncooked whole wheat egg noodles | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | cups | cooked chicken, cubed or shredded | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
In large pot mix broth, carrots, onion, celery, pepper and salt. Bring to a boil and stir in noodles.
Cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring often until noodles are tender. Add chicken and heat through.
